Full Job Description
What awaits you:
• Be responsible for the sampling execution and optimization of blow molding, post-cooling, welding and any other process to meet the CAR assumptions and participate in the full trial run in the assigned sampling location.
• Interpretation of test results and introduction of the necessary actions and modifications as required to ensure that all necessary parts for samplings for the customer are available in spec and on time
• Support the Industrialization Manager in defining appropriate sampling objectives, schedules and milestones
• Escalate potential issues and roadblocks as early as possible to the Industrialization Manager and/or Sr Manager, Process - Americas
• Ensure proper documentation of process parameter and sampling results (e.g. process book) for the Americas region.
• Prepare and participate in tooling and equipment kick-offs, sign-offs, and after action reviews per standard process and procedures.
• Evaluate, debug, and implement solutions to manufacturing issues as requested by other cross-functional work teams in the Americas
• Ensure all blow molding processes in the plants are set up according to processing standards and basics.
• Promote the observation and improvement of all safety, quality, and corporate standards and procedures
• Assist in the training of Process Specialist or Technician in the Americas.

What you'll need to succeed :
• Min. 7 years' experience in tooling/welding/assembly process of plastic blow molded fuel tanks
• Advanced blow molding processing experience necessary (ability to process first sampling of projects in development)
• Min. 7 years' experience in automotive industry and in a plastics manufacturing
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic and electric systems
