Position SummaryAs a Senior Specialist, Customer Facing Supply Chain, you'll lead initiatives that improve service, inventory, cost, capacity, and capabilities. Using data-driven insights and strong communication skills, you'll identify opportunities, influence decisions, and drive action across customers, sales, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams. Come prepared to build strong partnerships, anticipate customer needs, and drive solutions that enhance service and create business value.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with external customer counterparts; identify and advance supply chain improvements that create value for both the customer and the business
• Lead internal and external business reviews and leadership engagements, using supply chain expertise and data-driven storytelling to recommend improvements and move insights to action
• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects, coordinating across Vet and the broader organization to improve service, inventory, cost, capabilities, and capacity
• Facilitate integration, collaboration, and clear communication across customers and other cross-functional partners
• Influence long-term internal and external supply chain plans and decisions to eliminate waste and improve end-to-end efficiency
• Drive alignment and execution against key supply chain measures, including on-time shipment, fill rate, inventory management, order lifecycle performance, and other customer service indicators
• Use analytical tools and supply chain data to identify root causes, quantify opportunities, monitor results, and support sound decisions
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, customer-facing operations, order lifecycle management, data analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Other:- Ability to travel to Vet conferences and customer meetings approximately 15-20%.

Salary: $84,715.20 to $117,821.00 per year
