Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in a distribution environment; 3PL experience preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of facility flow, layout, and design principles.
• Familiarity with alternative analysis concepts related to logistics solutions.
• Knowledge of material handling systems hardware and software.
• Understanding of P&L statements and labor standards application.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to create effective contract logistics solutions.
• Analyze market trends and client data to identify opportunities for successful bids.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective engagement.
• Oversee the timely delivery and quality of work outputs, including solution designs and financial models.
• Present solutions to clients to secure commitments and letters of intent.
• Develop accurate financial models and govern documentation for executive review.
• Design optimal facility layouts and operational systems, focusing on efficiency and client needs.
