As we continue to grow, we're looking for a
Sr. Solutions Consultant to partner on strategic and complex opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys tackling complex problems and influencing high-stakes deals. You'll be deeply embedded in enterprise opportunities, engaging with senior stakeholders and helping align technology, business value, and customer outcomes.

What You'll Do:- Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to advance new business and expansion opportunities.
- Lead discovery with insurance business and technology stakeholders to understand workflows, uncover challenges, and establish requirements and measurable success criteria.
- Create reusable demo content, discovery guides, and value-selling resources and provide guidance and best practices across teams.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations and solution presentations that connect Hi Marley's capabilities to customer priorities.
- Independently lead pilot engagements from scoping through evaluation, aligning customer and internal teams on objectives, timelines, and success criteria, coordinating execution, and presenting results to inform purchase and expansion decisions.
- Build business cases and ROI models using customer data and clearly defined assumptions to demonstrate operational and financial impact.
- Support RFPs, proposals, competitive positioning, and objection handling, collaborating with internal experts to validate solution fit and address customer requirements.
- Help customers evaluate AI-enabled capabilities, explaining their applications, limitations, and implications for insurance workflows.
- Partner with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to communicate customer needs, surface solution gaps, and transfer agreed requirements and success criteria.
What We're Looking For: - 5-7+ years of experience in customer-facing consulting, solutions consulting, or sales engineering roles, including at least 3 years working in or advising the insurance industry (P&C strongly preferred; familiarity with claims, service, or digital operations a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery, translate business needs into solution recommendations, and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret customer data, develop business cases, and explain the assumptions behind projected value.
- Experience engaging executive, business, and technical stakeholders and translating complex concepts into clear business value.
- Working knowledge of SaaS applications, integrations, APIs, and data flows sufficient to discuss solution fit and collaborate effectively with technical specialists.
- A genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, paired with the judgment to apply them thoughtfully and responsibly
- Experience working with or positioning AI-enabled software, with the ability to explain relevant use cases and limitations.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and coordinate contributions across teams.
- Comfort taking ownership and adapting to changing priorities in a growing company.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks: At Hi Marley, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. The annual base salary for this role is expected to fall within the range of [$117,000-$218,000], depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Offers are determined based on these factors as well as internal peer equity. It's most common for new hires to start near the midpoint of the range, allowing room for growth as employees develop in their role. In addition to base pay, this role includes a variable compensation component. Total earnings will vary based on individual and/or team performance.
