What will you do?
We're hiring a Senior Solution Architect to drive enterprise customer launches, working hands-on with high-volume shippers (>10K packages) to design, implement, and optimize complex integrations with Amazon Shipping. You'll be the technical expert who enables both pre-sales opportunities and post-sales implementation, partnering closely with commercial teams to win enterprise deals and then ensuring flawless technical execution.
This role requires deep technical expertise combined with exceptional customer advisory skills. You'll dive deep into customer systems-analyzing WMS/TMS platforms, investigating logs, leveraging AI tools for troubleshooting, and architecting solutions that work right the first time. Your focus is on speed with correctness: reducing post-launch errors, accelerating time-to-first-shipment, and building reusable integration patterns that scale across our enterprise customer base.
You'll work at the intersection of pre-sales technical enablement and hands-on implementation. In pre-sales, you'll enable commercial teams to confidently pursue enterprise opportunities by validating technical feasibility and designing winning solutions. Post-sales, you'll lead end-to-end integration delivery - from requirements gathering through launch and optimization - ensuring enterprise customers successfully ramp volume on Amazon Shipping.
You'll collaborate closely with:
- Commercial teams on pre-sales technical enablement and enterprise deal support
- Enterprise customers (IT leaders, engineering teams, warehouse operations) on integration design and implementation
- System integrators and 3P platforms (ProShip, EasyPost, Centiro, etc.) on technical solutions
- Product and Engineering teams on feature requirements and platform improvements
- Collaborate with Solution Architects across US and EU markets on best practices and knowledge sharing
- Tech and Operations teams on post-launch support and optimization
