  • Establish, manage, and monitor statement-generation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and completion within defined production schedules.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve data issues, formatting errors, generation failures, or production anomalies that could delay statement delivery.
  • Collaborate with business owners, billing specialists, and policy stakeholders to integrate required language changes, disclaimers, debt-collection information, or EHRM-driven updates into monthly communications.
  • Provide ongoing operations support, including daily monitoring, issue escalation, quality checks, and validation of outputs prior to distribution.
  • Maintain documentation for statement logic, production processes, communication templates, and release changes.
  • Support development and operational readiness for upcoming EHRM-related releases that impact VA debt-collection workflows, coordinating with VA and Oracle Health technical teams.
  • Provide continuity of service and ensure uninterrupted delivery of Veteran communications, preventing gaps that could affect billing accuracy or compliance.
