Job Description:

Expertise in DevOps concepts and technologies and in-line with People, Process and Products concepts
Work with BU level DevOps Champions to coach and implement devOps for their projects
Lead DevOps strategy and provide DevOps consulting engagement for various BUs
Conduct & Strategize DevOps Maturity assessment with BUs
Coordinate and conduct specific DevOps 100, 101, & 102 trainings for BUs
Create and publish DevOps Maturity assessment reports with recommendations and define strategic roadmap for BUs to move towards DevOps journey
Enable COE in conducting lunch& learn programs
Manage interaction with projects and application teams to ensure in practicing DevOps
Conduct DevOps Workshops and Conferences for leadership
Represent DevOps COE in conducting webinars, seminars, workshops thereby speaking & demoing DevOps capabilities across client
Encourage DevOps teams to utilize best practices around collaboration for all process, technical, infrastructure and operations related problems
Expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies (azure), and tools implementation
Working / hands-on experience in DevOps tools including Microsoft Azure, Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), VSTS GIT, Atlassian JIRA, Jenkins, SonarQube and dotnet technologies
Build and maintain relationships with prospective teams by helping them to achieve their goal to enable DevOps
Collaborate with BUs and industry thought leaders to form a deep understanding of where the future of our industry is going and help Chevron COE to strategize
