The Position
As a Software Engineer at Foureyes, you'll build, enhance, and maintain the cloud-based applications that power our platform. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and product while contributing across multiple products and technology stacks.

Responsibilities- Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and support software across multiple products, moving comfortably between diverse technology stacks as business needs evolve.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, testing, code review, deployment, and production support.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to deliver new capabilities, resolve production issues, and continuously improve our systems.
- Write clean, maintainable code, automated tests, and technical documentation.
- Design and evolve RESTful APIs and event-driven services with a focus on scalability, security, reliability, and developer experience.
- Build resilient distributed systems that prioritize performance, fault tolerance, and maintainability.
- Thoroughly test your own code and review and test code written by fellow engineers to ensure end-to-end quality.
QualificationsWe're looking for engineers who are adaptable, collaborative, and customer-focused. Ideal candidates will have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with one or more modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, React, or TypeScript.
- Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS using services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, or similar.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, Git-based development workflows, and infrastructure as code using AWS CDK, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting production systems using observability platforms such as Datadog, Amazon CloudWatch, or similar tools.
- Enthusiasm for AI-assisted software development and an interest in using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar to improve engineering productivity.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Amazon Bedrock Agents, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies while contributing across multiple products and codebases.

Education and Experience:
- You have a strong academic record (CS degree preferred but not required with relevant experience)
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional full-stack development experience (6+ years for a Sr. SWE) using NodeJS, ReactJS, Python, or Java, along with proficiency in industry-standard programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and RDS, and interfacing with real-time databases.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000
