Job Summary:
Join the Digital Marketing Enablement - Platform Engineering team of Cat Digital and spearhead the designing, developing, supporting, and continuously improving enterprise Adobe Experience Manager platform capabilities that enable scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences. This role partners with product owners, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrations, platform enhancements, and operational improvements across AEM Sites, Assets, Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines, and related digital experience technologies. The engineer will help ensure platform reliability, code quality, performance, security, and maintainability while contributing to cloud migration, modernization, incident resolution, automation, and agile delivery practices.

  • Software Product Design/Architecture: Extensive Experience of software product design; ability to convert market requirements into the software product design.
  • Software Product Technical Knowledge: Working Knowledge of technical aspects of a software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.


Considerations for Top Candidates:
  • Extensive software development experience (typically 8+ years with a Bachelor's or 5+ year of experience with Master's degree in computer science or related field)
  • Experience coding HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript and Web components (typically 3+ years)
  • Proven experience in AEM Platform Operations & Support
    • Demonstrates expertise supporting AEM as a Cloud Service environment and associated digital experience platforms.
    • Leads incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service restoration efforts for critical business applications.
    • Applies platform monitoring, observability, and automation techniques to improve service reliability.
    • Possesses strong knowledge of AEM architecture, Dispatcher/CDN configurations, cloud deployments, and enterprise integrations.
    • Collaborates across product, engineering, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to ensure successful platform operations.
    • Driving operational best practices, governance, change management, and service excellence initiatives.
  • Understanding of front-end state management libraries (redux)
  • Must demonstrate solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals like data structures and algorithms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
  • Passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Electrical engineering or related field

Summary Pay Range:

$112,710.00 - $183,140.00
