Full Job Description
Lead a focused portfolio of 3-4 strategic growth projects within the Conventional Chemicals business, driving initiatives from concept through development, testing, field trials, and commercialization. This role is responsible for accelerating execution, aligning stakeholders, engaging key customers, and ensuring projects deliver measurable business impact in the areas of Flow Assurance, Stimulation, and Integrity Management. As a Sr. Services Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Leading and executing critical business projects from opportunity identification through field implementation. - Coordinating cross-functional teams across Technology, Applications Engineering, Sales, Operations, Product Line Management, and Supply Chain. - Driving customer engagement, ensuring alignment on project objectives and timelines. - Supporting laboratory testing, pilot programs, field trials, and commercialization activities. - Developing and delivering technical training to internal teams and customers. - Maintaining and enhancing the TBAM site, ensuring project visibility, knowledge sharing, and progress tracking. - Monitoring project risks, removing barriers, and escalating concerns when needed to maintain momentum. To be successful in this role, you will have: - Solid understanding of oilfield chemical applications, product development, and commercialization. - Knowledge of Flow Assurance, Stimulation, and Integrity Management products and applications. - Solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries. - Delivery of project milestones on schedule. - Ability to work effectively across technical, commercial, and operational disciplines. - Solid judgment on risk management and escalation of business or technical concerns. Desired Characteristics: - Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, chemical engineering, forensic science or related field. - PMP certification - Solid digitalization mindset with proficiency in project tracking, data analytics, and knowledge management tools. - Ability to develop processes, drive accountability, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Successful field validation and commercialization of new technologies. This position requires valid work authorization in the country of employment. The employer is unable to sponsor work authorization for this role at any time.
