Full Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Lucid Service's NPI team. The ideal candidate would be proficient in project management and have a background in New Product Introduction. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. This program manager will manage a subset of vehicle sub-systems for Lucid's Service organization.

The Role:
  • Maintain a Service Bill of Materials (SBOM)
  • Review engineering changes and documentation to verify serviceable component impact
  • Collaborate with Design Engineers and Field Operations to identify opportunities for Service improvements
  • Manage change implementation and part effectivity through PLM platforms
  • Cascade engineering changes to downstream field data sources (parts catalog, service manual, etc.)
  • Coordinate serviceability validation for introduction of new serviceable parts with Design Engineering and Mechatronic technicians
  • Support Service Supply Chain teams to ensure a healthy supply strategy is implemented prior to product launch
  • Document end to end part supersession for all serviceable parts in our ERP database
  • Deploy and monitor inventory strategies to ensure the End-of-Lifecycle of parts are adequately supported in the field
  • Provide field support with parts escalation inquires

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive experience or equivalent experience
  • Ability to organize and drive continuous program improvement
  • Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals, groups, and suppliers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Passion to continuously develop, improve, and maintain processes

Advantageous:
  • Startup experience focused on early service program development
  • Automotive aptitude for vehicle sub-system parts and manufacturing
  • PLM Experience (Delmia or equivalent)
  • ERP knowledge to systematically manage product master data and configurations
  • Supply Chain knowledge for Service lifecycle

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$146,100-$200,860 USD

Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program.
