This is not a Cyber-Security role or function. We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented CCTV and Card Access Control Specialist to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining CCTV and card access control systems to ensure the security and safety of our facilities.. This role involves the development, implementation, and evaluation of security strategies to safeguard FedEx premises and assets.
Key Responsibilities:System Deployment:- Install and configure CCTV and card access control systems according to company specifications and standards.
- Work with vendors and contractors to ensure proper system setup and integration.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal equipment placement and system requirements.
Troubleshooting:- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CCTV and card access control systems promptly.
- Implement solutions to prevent recurrence of system failures or malfunctions.
- Maintain a log of troubleshooting activities and solutions for future reference.
Support:- Provide ongoing technical support to staff and team members regarding system operations.
- Assist users in understanding system functionalities and addressing their concerns.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure effective system usage.
Maintenance:- Perform regular maintenance checks and updates on security systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to identify and rectify potential issues before they become problems.
- Keep systems updated with the latest software and firmware to enhance security features.
Work/Domicile Location(s):- This position will be hybrid in Collierville, Tennessee; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Plano, Texas and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.

Minimum Education:- Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, engineering or related quantitative discipline.
Minimum Experience:- Three (3) years' experience in project/program management, systems design, installation or service of security systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Experience in the use of project management and security systems platforms.
- Experience in planning security projects installations, proposals, business cases, or schedules.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
