We're seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support engineering teams through Agile development, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a medical device environment.
Responsibilities:- Serve as Scrum Master and support SAFe Release Train activities
- Facilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies, planning, and team coordination
- Coach teams toward high performance and continuous improvement
- Manage timelines, milestones, releases, dependencies, risks, and impediments
- Coordinate Design History File (DHF) documentation
- Partner with global engineering teams across the U.S. and Israel
- Support communication and alignment across engineering, test, hardware, product, and program teams
- Drive adoption of improved development processes and ways of working
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably Software Engineering
- 4+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree + 2 years)
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Knowledge of SAFe and release train activities
- Strong communication, facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Jira or similar Agile tools
- Engineering/R&D experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Medical device or other regulated-industry experience
- CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification
