SAFe agile certification or methodology experience

Responsibilities
Facilitate backlog refinement sessions focusing on journey orchestration and integration features
Support cross-functional collaboration among product, engineering, and analytics teams

Assist in Program Increment (PI) Planning activities
Ensure successful migration to the Adobe tech stack for Member Experience Journeys.

Project Summary:
our clients Journey Management team is preparing to migrate Member Experience Journeys to the Adobe One tech stack throughout 2026. This includes Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
The objective is to accelerate campaign delivery, streamline operational workflows, and ensure that journeys are consistently built, tested, and deployed at the pace required to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.
