We areseekinga highly motivatedSeniorScientistin Stromal Immunologytobe fully lab basedat our Company's Cambridge location.

Join our Immunology team in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and help shape the future of treatments for inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. In this role you will evaluate and apply novel experimental approaches, partnering across departments with discovery teams to implement cutting-edge laboratory technologies. You will drive the identification of innovative therapeutic targets and contribute directly to the development of new therapies and medicines that improve patient lives. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of immunology research, translating scientific advances into meaningful clinical impact.

We are seeking an enthusiastic scientist with a strong track record of delivering timely, robust data packages. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, able to design and execute their own experiments, and comfortable taking projects from conception through to clear, reproducible results. You should be proactive in problem-solving, able to communicate findings effectively to multidisciplinary teams, and committed to advancing research that leads to novel therapies and improved patient outcomes.

  • Design andexecuteexperiments, analyze and interpret complex datasettoidentifyandvalidatenovel targets in immunology/ inflammation/autoimmunity

What you will need to be successful in this role:

Required Experience:

  • B.Scin Biological Sciences, Immunology, Pathology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering,ore related STEM field with7+ years of professional research experience, M.Sc. with4+ years of professional research experienceor PhD and 0+ years of experience.

  • Strongknowledge of immunology and cell biology. Experience with primary stromal cell cultures preferred

  • Practical experience in performing andanalyzingcomplex multicellular systems

  • Ability to interpret andanalyzedata from key biological,biochemicaland immunological assays systems and designappropriate followup experiments

  • Knowledgeable in immunofluorescence microscopy / high-content imaging and multi-color flow cytometry preferred

  • Preferred: knowledge of inflammatory and/or auto-immunity related mechanisms of disease

The salary range for this role is

$119,100.00 - $187,500.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
