Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' advanced SAP experience.
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing experience.
• Strong technology skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and different shifts as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues.
• Train team members on system functionalities.
• Troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Lead day-to-day testing prioritization aligned with IT updates.
• Develop and update training materials for new functionalities and system updates.
• Monitor JIRA for priority and at-risk testing.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the team and management.
