Job Description

As a Sales Representative II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers in the Hospitality industry in your assigned region, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. With your expertise in sales and customer relationship management, you will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company. By building strong relationships with customers, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets, you will drive revenue growth and expand market share, contributing to the company's financial success and market leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the Hospitality industry
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Minimum 50% travel

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $105,000 - $110,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $110,000 - $115,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales in the Hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency using Microsoft 365 and SalesForce.com CRM
