Job DescriptionSUMMARYResponsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic relationships within assigned global accounts in alignment with SGS Retail Solutions initiatives. Develops and executes global account strategies, coordinates cross-regional activities, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
JOB FUNCTIONS- Develop and execute global account strategies aligned with SGS business objectives.
- Serve as the primary client contacts, coordinating communication and service delivery across SGS business lines and SGS affiliates.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding relationships with key decision-makers and identifying new opportunities within the account and across SGS business lines.
- Manage global agreements, contracts, and commercial relationships with assigned accounts.
- Monitor account performance against KPIs, service level agreements, financial targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Lead regular business reviews, performance reviews, business development meetings, etc
- Ensure timely delivery of reports, invoices & communications, while monitoring revenue trends and DSO
- Resolve service delivery issues and manage claims to maintain strong client relationships.
- Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity impacting the account.
- Promote the SGS brand, capabilities, and integrity while ensuring compliance with SGS policies, safety standards, and Code of Integrity.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCERequired:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background in Analytical Sciences, Engineering and Business relevant education, AND
- Minimum of 5 year experience in account management, customer services or other relevant experience for the position with successful track record, AND
- Minimum of 3 year experience in the TIC industry for the relevant business unit, AND
- Experience in international / multi-cultural environments
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES- Language Skills: English, Advanced required, Other language skills are a plus
- Strong account management, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Computer Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook) required. Computer literacy (creating, filing, saving/uploading, searching, backup, etc.).
- Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and client relationshiptracking
- Self-driven, results oriented, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
TRAVEL- Travels up to 30-50% of time. Some travel might be international.
Additional InformationCompensationThe expected salary for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 per year. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
