Description

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our North American sales team. This is a true hunting role: your primary mission is to identify, pursue, and close net-new business with OEMs, distributors, and end-operators in the unattended retail market including the amusement and gaming verticals among others.. You will own your territory from prospecting through close, and you will be the face of Nayax with strategic channel partners and key accounts across the United States. This position requires approximately 50% travel within the United States.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

New Business Development

  • Proactively identify and qualify net-new OEM, distributor, and operator opportunities within the Amusement vertical and adjacent unattended retail segments.
  • Build and manage a healthy, self-sourced pipeline using outbound prospecting, industry events, referrals, and your existing network.
  • Drive deals from first contact through signed agreement, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiation.

Channel Partner Management

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with OEM partners and regional distributors, positioning Nayax as their preferred cashless payments provider.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies with channel partners to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Conduct partner business reviews, set mutual targets, and hold partners accountable to agreed milestones.

Market & Industry Engagement

  • Represent Nayax at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events (AAMA, AMOA, and similar Amusement and vending industry forums).
  • Maintain a current understanding of competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, and emerging trends in cashless payments and unattended retail.
  • Provide structured market feedback to Product and Marketing teams to influence roadmap and positioning.

Revenue & Forecasting

  • Own a named territory quota and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in CRM (Salesforce); provide reliable commit and upside calls to sales leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure smooth deal execution and customer onboarding.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, or unattended retail/cashless payments technology.
  • Demonstrated success in a hunter sales model - a majority of your wins must be net-new, self-sourced business.
  • Established relationships with OEMs, distributors, or operators in the Amusement vertical (arcades, FECs, gaming, redemption) are strongly preferred.
  • Existing book of business or warm network within the Amusement or adjacent unattended retail market is a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time within the United States.
  • Strong command of a structured sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM for pipeline management and reporting.

Preferred Skills & Advantages:

  • Experience selling to or through OEM and distributor channels in a hardware + software + payments bundled solution environment.
  • Familiarity with cashless payment certification processes (PCI, EMV) and relevant technical vocabulary.
  • Background in high-velocity, recurring-revenue (SaaS or transaction fee) business models.
