About the Role:
As Sr. Regional Marketing Manager for the West, you will own how marketing drives the business across one of our most strategic regions. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who operates close to the business—someone who understands pipeline, knows how deals move, and builds programs that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and drive revenue outcomes. You’ll partner closely with sales and channel leaders, prioritize what matters, and execute with discipline. You’ll be encouraged to make smart tradeoffs, move quickly, and deliver programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue in a fast-moving market.
What You’ll Do:
Own regional pipeline generation and acceleration, with clear accountability to revenue goals and deal progression
Build and execute focused programs that generate Stage 1 pipeline and align to priority accounts
Work side-by-side with sales leaders to identify pipeline gaps, prioritize accounts, and influence active opportunities
Deliver targeted, high-value experiences including executive engagements, field events, and ABX programs
Adapt and deploy global campaigns with a clear point of view on what will work in-region
Track performance closely, optimize in real time, and reallocate resources where needed
Manage budget with discipline, ensuring investments are aligned to impact
What You’ll Need:
10–15 years of B2B marketing experience, with strong ownership of field or regional marketing
Experience supporting enterprise sales teams and contributing directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Proven ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and execute in fast-moving environments
Strong partnership with sales leadership; you understand how to align to the business and earn trust
Experience with account-based marketing and multi-channel execution
Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar), and pipeline reporting
Experience applying AI tools to improve execution, targeting, or performance insights
Curiosity to learn and experiment
Based in the Bay Area or open to regular travel within the West region
Preferred Qualifications:
Cybersecurity or enterprise technology experience
Experience working with channel and partner marketing programs
Strong analytical approach to decision-making and program optimization

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $130,000 - $200,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
