About the Role:

The Sr. Recruiting Advisor plays a pivotal role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy within the business services sector, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier professionals. This position is responsible for leading complex recruitment initiatives, providing expert guidance to hiring managers, and optimizing recruitment processes to meet evolving business needs. The advisor will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand workforce requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that align with organizational goals. By leveraging data-driven insights and market trends, the Sr. Recruiting Advisor will enhance candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding experiences. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within business services or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
