Job Overview Join our team as a Senior Recruiter and play a key role in attracting top specialized sales talent to support T-Mobile For Business (TFB). Youll lead full-cycle recruitment for high-profile and hard-to-fill positions, sourcing qualified candidates through innovative strategies and relationship-building. ** This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) and can be located in one of our RBOs such as Bellevue, WA; Herndon, VA; Parsippany, NJ; Downers Grove, IL; Frisco, TX; or Overland Park, KS. We will also consider our CEC locations. ** Job Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding - Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needs - Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to target passive and hard-to-reach candidates - Use market insights and data to influence hiring decisions and set clear expectations - Act as a champion for recruiting innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging AI solutions that enhance recruiter productivity, candidate quality, and data-driven hiring decisions. - Apply AI technologies to personalize and streamline the candidate journey and improve partner engagement, ensuring a high-touch experience for both talent and hiring managers. - Lead and implement process improvements across Talent Acquisition to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience - Coach and mentor junior recruiters, helping to set the standard across the team - Create and deliver compelling candidate experiences that reflect our brand and values Required Qualifications: - 4-7+ years proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate, mid-to-large size environment; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across multiple business functions - Strong sourcing skills, including cold calling, competitive research, and advanced networking - Ability to build relationships and influence decisions at all levels, including executive leadership - Critical thinking with a deep understanding of workforce planning and talent market dynamics - Demonstrated experience using AI driven tools and technologies to enhance sourcing effectiveness, streamline recruiting processes, and improve the overall candidate and stakeholder experience. - Exceptional communication skills-verbal, written, and presentation-to engage both candidates and hiring managers - Experience with Workday and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities - High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when dealing with confidential information Preferred Qualifications: - T-Mobile recruiting experience preferred - Recruiting experience in Sales, Engineering/Technology a plus - At least 18 years of age - Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $94,990 - $171,350 National Base Pay Range: $82,600 - $149,000 The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidates actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
