As a
sr real estate portfolio analyst, you will...
• Drive portfolio performance through data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic recommendations that optimize real estate investments and occupancy costs.
• Support lease renewal and portfolio strategies by evaluating lease economics, market conditions, and transaction opportunities to maximize portfolio value.
• Partner cross-functionally with Real Estate, Finance, Facilities, Legal, and Operations teams to develop executive reporting, portfolio insights, and data-driven business recommendations.
We'd love to hear from people with:
- 5+ years of experience in real estate analysis, portfolio management, or corporate real estate
- Experience supporting multi-site, national or regional portfolios (retail preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business or related field
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel expertise required).
- Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and real estate economics.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to present to executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency with real estate systems and tools (CoStar, Tableau/Power BI, lease management systems).

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
