Summary of Role:The Sr. Quantum Integration Engineer supports execution of quantum development activities across multiple quantum technology platforms. Working closely with modality DRIs, Quantum AME, Fab 8, and Fab 9 engineering teams, this individual helps coordinate development lots, track action items, resolve execution barriers, and ensure manufacturing readiness activities are completed.
Essential Responsibilities:Program Execution
- Track development lot progress across multiple quantum programs.
- Coordinate experiments, split lots, and characterization activities.
- Drive closure of action items arising from technical reviews.
- Support execution of customer demonstrations and development milestones.
Manufacturing Coordination
- Interface with Fab8 and Fab9 engineering organizations.
- Support readiness reviews for tools, materials, metrology, and process flows.
- Identify schedule risks and escalate issues to project leaders.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Participate in meetings with modality teams, AME organizations, and manufacturing groups.
- Maintain execution dashboards and project status reporting.
- Document lessons learned and best practices.
Other Responsibilities: - Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:- Associates Degree, BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 3+ years semiconductor manufacturing or technology development experience.
- Strong organizational and project tracking skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple engineering disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications:- Comfortable in rapidly evolving development environments.
Expected Salary Range$69,000.00 - $120,000.00
