Manufacturing Quality Manager to join our Louisville, KY operation and help drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the plant.
What You'll Do- Lead process engineering and validation efforts to ensure product quality and efficiency
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015)
- Identify non-conformances and drive root cause corrective actions
- Establish and track KPIs across departments to measure performance
- Analyze trends and implement improvements based on data insights
- Manage Layered Process Audits (LPA) and PFMEAs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools
- Support supplier quality and develop scorecards for performance monitoring
- Lead training and development initiatives to strengthen quality standards
What We're Looking For- Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 standards and audits
- Background in building or managing a Quality Management System
- Strong understanding of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies (PDCA, DMAIC, etc.)
- Experience with audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and GD&T
- Experience with process capability studies and quality tools
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree preferred
