- Exceptional interpersonal and executive communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to synthesize complex variables into actionable technical solutions.
Desired Characteristics & Leadership Competencies- Direct experience within the Automotive (Tier 1) or Aerospace sectors, characterized by rigorous quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Deep, functional understanding of the Toyota Production System (TPS) or equivalent world-class manufacturing frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development, succession planning, and driving accountability.
- Proven ability to build technical training curricula that elevate team capability and foster a "quality-first" culture.

- Advanced competency in Six Sigma methodologies, IATF 16949 / ISO audit management, PFMEA, Control Plans, and the implementation of Layered Process Audits (LPA).
- A self-starter who balances a strategic "big picture" vision with the "boots-on-the-ground" discipline required to maintain manufacturing excellence.
The base pay range for this position is
$122,600.00 - 204,400.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible
for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. *The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
