The Sr. Quality Engineer is responsible for verifying product quality and performance, maintaining and improving quality systems, and partnering with production, engineering, management, and customers to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities of the Sr. Quality Engineer:- Develop, update, and implement quality management systems and procedures.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements to increase process capability and performance.
- Initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and deficiencies.
- Work closely with production teams to review quality results, provide recommendations, and support process improvements.
- Perform inspections and testing in accordance with established quality plans and manage nonconforming products.
- Work with customers to establish workmanship acceptance and rejection criteria and troubleshoot product problems requiring analysis and evaluation.
- Conduct quality-related training and support cross-functional improvement activities and other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications of the Sr. Quality Engineer:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mathematical and technical skills, with excellent investigative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to think logically and methodically.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, delegation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Working knowledge of statistical software/packages and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
