Job DescriptionAs a Sr Quality Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the quality engineering function within the company. ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the quality engineering function
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quality engineering projects
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
- Manage and optimize quality engineering resources, budgets, and timelines
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and develop a high performing quality engineering team
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery
