About the Role:CBRE is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead operations at a premier Class A corporate campus supporting one of the world's largest and most respected financial services institutions. This highly visible leadership role oversees a hospitality-focused workplace environment spanning approximately 2 million square feet across four floors, serving more than 1,200 onsite employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience through a white glove service model while leading property operations, financial performance, client relationships, and team development. This role includes direct leadership of two team members and oversight of a complex, high-activity operation where workplace services, maintenance requests, and occupant support are critical to daily business success.
What You'll Do:- Lead all day-to-day property management and operational activities for a large-scale corporate office environment.
- Supervise, coach, and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
- Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and service providers to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
- Deliver a best-in-class workplace experience through a hospitality-driven approach to customer service.
- Manage operating and capital budgets, forecasting processes, financial reporting, and performance analysis to drive operational success.
- Oversee a fast-paced service operation managing a significant volume of maintenance and workplace requests, ensuring timely resolution and a hospitality-driven workplace experience.
- Respond to complex workplace and occupant needs, providing proactive solutions that enhance building operations and employee experience.
- Support emergency preparedness, business continuity, and recovery planning to ensure operational resilience.
What You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree preferred and 5+ years of property management, facilities management, or related experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong background managing operations within a large corporate office, headquarters environment, or complex commercial property portfolio.
- Experience overseeing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complex situations effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and related business tools.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Property Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Property Manager position is $130,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
