Job DescriptionSenior Project / Program ManagerSouthfield, MI (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Travel: 25%-50%
Salary Range: Up to $163K

Key Accountabilities (Overview)- Lead large-scale, high-impact initiatives including new plant startups, product launches, and enterprise transformation efforts
- Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, organized, and communicated across teams
- Operate within established project governance structures and help strengthen them
- Partner directly with senior leadership to drive alignment across business units
- Develop business cases including ROI analysis, cost modeling, and benefit realization
- Validate initiatives against strategic objectives and long-term business goals
- Support long-range planning, identifying interdependencies across programs
- Lead governance meetings, including steering committees and executive updates
- Proactively identify and manage organizational, operational, and financial risks
- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of key initiatives
- Lead communication strategies across executive and cross-functional audiences
- Track adoption and business impact, providing clear performance updates
QualificationsRequired- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
- 8+ years of project or program management experience
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements
- Strong financial acumen (ROI, business case development, cost modeling)
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, governance, and documentation capabilities
- Proven ability to lead change management efforts
- Experience with project and reporting tools (e.g., MS Planner, Power BI)
Preferred- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
