Senior Project Manager - Project and Development ServicesPosition OverviewWe are seeking a (Senior) Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services team, focused on delivering strategic solutions for clients, developing our people, and applying new technology to drive change.
What This Job InvolvesAs a SPM at JLL, you will lead and deliver complex construction and real estate projects from start to finish. You'll develop project scope documents and schedules aligned with client objectives and budgets, oversee execution through construction completion, and coordinate seamlessly between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You are an individual who sees the big picture, acts decisively, and creates an energized, collaborative environment. Your ability to manage relationships will enable seamless conflict resolution and development of strong client partnerships. You'll manage large projects with meticulous attention to detail, track budgets & cashflow, coordinate vendor RFPs, oversee general contractor activities, negotiate favorable terms, and maintain comprehensive documentation and financial tracking.
Required Qualifications- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant project management or construction management experience
- Proven ability to prepare, track, and manage project budgets effectively
- Strong understanding of technical requirements for business relocations and construction projects
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with project management software including MS Project and Procore
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications- Direct experience in commercial real estate or corporate construction management
- Accounting and forecasting experience
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture specifications, and space planning
- Track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility with work hours and willingness to travel as projects require
