Full Job Description
This role leads the systems integration projects, overseeing all stages including planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing. The Sr. Project Manager is accountable for the overall success of the projects. They will manage each project from analysis and pre-planning through to implementation and closure.

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for developing work plans, scheduling tasks, and managing the project to ensure it stays on track to meet scope, budget, and quality standards. They will also engage with customers and other relevant stakeholders as necessary and will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, each with different schedules, scopes, staffing, and requirements.

Position Responsibilities
  • Effectively plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using appropriate principles, methods, and techniques tailored to each project's needs.
  • Develop necessary planning documents such as project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters, and schedules. Establish requirements to define scope, effort, timeline, funding, staffing, resource allocation, and metrics.
  • Create sub-plans, including communication, quality assurance, resource, procurement, and deployment plans.
  • Manage the project by identifying and resolving issues/risks, handling change management, providing regular reports, and overseeing financials and metrics.
  • Document, prioritize, and facilitate approval of project change requests, re-planning as needed.
  • Set and manage expectations with resource managers regarding allocation and performance.
  • Ensure effective Quality Assurance/Quality Control processes are in place and followed.
  • Oversee project closeout activities, including transition to operations teams.
  • Collaborate with other groups and departments to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, including customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the definition, execution, and delivery of project deliverables.
  • Generate new ideas, techniques, and solutions to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Share lessons learned across the organization.
  • Coach and mentor new team members.
  • Support other groups as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of experience in a security industry-related role
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully leading multiple simultaneous projects for at least two years
  • Proficient in applying Project Management methodologies, fundamentals, and tools
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document findings and recommendations
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and relationship-building
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
