Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout. This position will lead some of Arizona's most complex commercial roofing and exterior projects, including re-roofing, new construction, metal roofing, wall panel systems, waterproofing, and specialty building envelope projects ranging from $250K to multi-million-dollar contracts.

Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified, coatings, etc.)
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Review contracts, scopes, and change orders to manage risk and profitability
- Track job costs, forecasting, billing, and WIP reporting
- Lead communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Supervise and mentor Project Managers and support staff
- Partner with field leadership (Superintendents) to ensure efficient execution
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies
- Drive customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships
- Serve as a mentor and technical resource for Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Assist in developing and improving operational processes, forecasting accuracy, and project controls
- Participate in project reviews, post-mortems, and strategic planning initiatives
- Support business development efforts by maintaining key customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities
QualificationsRequired:- 7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction or roofing
- Experience with commercial roofing, architectural sheet metal, metal wall panels, waterproofing, and building envelope systems is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and P&L responsibility
- Experience managing Schedule of Values (SOV), progress billings, forecasting, and project financial reporting is strongly preferred.
Financial Accountability- Demonstrated success managing project financials, including forecasting, billing, change orders, WIP reporting, and margin performance
- Experience managing annual project portfolios exceeding $5M preferred
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 DOE
