Senior Project Manager
Location: Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin

We're inviting you to apply for the role of Senior Project Manager at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions.

At Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, we don't just build resorts - we craft self-contained cities of awe, adventure, and hospitality. As the leader in indoor waterpark resorts and mega-convention destinations, our development projects require vision, precision, and execution at the highest level.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our development team and lead the charge on our most ambitious construction and capital improvement efforts. From ground-up resort builds to complex renovations across our multi-property portfolio, you'll have end-to-end accountability for bringing big dreams to life - on budget, on brand, and on time.

In This Role, You'll:
  • Lead full-cycle capital projects (builds, expansions, renovations).
  • Turn executive vision into actionable project plans.
  • Manage teams, architects, engineers, and contractors.

This Role is for You If You:
  • Led large hospitality or mixed-use projects from start to finish.
  • Blend strategic thinking with technical and financial expertise.
  • Prioritize guest experience in every project decision.
  • Motivate teams while upholding high standards.
  • Excel in fast-paced, complex project environments.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience managing capital projects in hospitality, resort, or commercial development
  • Proven track record overseeing projects above $250M
  • Strong financial literacy and contract negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of construction sequencing, permitting, and vendor management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different sites
  • Proficient in project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, MS Project)
  • Decisive, calm under pressure, and driven by results

Preferred But Not Required:
  • PMP Certification or equivalent
  • Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in high-amenity or guest-centered environments (e.g., waterparks, large-scale hotels)
