We are seeking a
Senior Project Manager to join our development team and lead the charge on our most ambitious construction and capital improvement efforts. From ground-up resort builds to complex renovations across our multi-property portfolio, you'll have end-to-end accountability for bringing big dreams to life - on budget, on brand, and on time.

In This Role, You'll:- Lead full-cycle capital projects (builds, expansions, renovations).
- Turn executive vision into actionable project plans.
- Manage teams, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Oversee permitting, zoning, and regulatory processes.
- Control project budgets from planning to closeout.
- Drive schedules, mitigate risks, and handle escalations.
- Ensure outcomes exceed expectations and match brand standards.
This Role is for You If You:- Led large hospitality or mixed-use projects from start to finish.
- Blend strategic thinking with technical and financial expertise.
- Prioritize guest experience in every project decision.
- Motivate teams while upholding high standards.
- Excel in fast-paced, complex project environments.
Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience managing capital projects in hospitality, resort, or commercial development
- Proven track record overseeing projects above $250M
- Strong financial literacy and contract negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, permitting, and vendor management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different sites
- Proficient in project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Decisive, calm under pressure, and driven by results
Preferred But Not Required:- PMP Certification or equivalent
- Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in high-amenity or guest-centered environments (e.g., waterparks, large-scale hotels)
