Duties & ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring alignment from intake through execution and delivery outcomes
- Integrate and connect cross-functional workstreams (technical and functional), proactively identifying dependencies, gaps, and blind spots across projects
- Translate business strategy into executable project plans, ensuring alignment across Business, Product, Technology, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, sequencing, ownership, resources, and timelines to ensure successful execution utilizing the Basys PMO Framework
- Drive accountability across teams and vendors, ensuring commitments are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality expectations
- Identify risks, issues, and execution gaps early, leading mitigation planning and driving resolution with appropriate escalation when needed
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, aligning teams around shared objectives, challenging assumptions, clarifying ambiguity, and ensuring ownership gaps are addressed
- Establish clear and proactive communication frameworks, providing actionable updates, risks, trade-offs, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership
Additional Responsibilities
- Leverage project and product tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Roadmunk, workflow tools) to manage execution visibility and coordination at scale
- Utilize Microsoft tools (including AI capabilities) to enhance planning, reporting, and day-to-day operational efficiency
- Facilitate risk reviews, status reviews, and cross-functional working sessions to maintain alignment and execution momentum
- Contribute to resource planning and prioritization discussions, identifying capacity constraints and sequencing opportunities across initiatives
- Develop and maintain project documentation, reporting artifacts, and process improvements to support consistency and scalability
- Continuously improve delivery processes and operating models, identifying opportunities to streamline execution and reduce inefficiencies
Requirements- This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule. Up to 2 days per week may be worked remotely in accordance with the telecommuting policy.
Education & Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-workstream enterprise initiatives
- Strong understanding of both technical delivery and business operations
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience with project/product tools (JIRA, Asana, Roadmunk or similar)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency preferred
- Experience in financial services, payments, or regulated environments preferred
- PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification preferred
