Summary

The team is establishing enterprise project management and establishing planning & prioritization processes. Contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace by communicating and working in ways that reflect our purpose and values. Leads complex, enterprise-wide initiatives with full ownership from intake through delivery-connecting workstreams across technical and functional teams to ensure aligned, outcomes-driven execution. Operates with a high degree of autonomy, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and interdependencies across projects. Functions as a peer leader who influences without authority, aligning stakeholders across Business, Product, Technology, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver cohesive business outcomes-not just individual project milestones.

Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Functions
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring alignment from intake through execution and delivery outcomes
  • Integrate and connect cross-functional workstreams (technical and functional), proactively identifying dependencies, gaps, and blind spots across projects
  • Translate business strategy into executable project plans, ensuring alignment across Business, Product, Technology, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, sequencing, ownership, resources, and timelines to ensure successful execution utilizing the Basys PMO Framework
  • Drive accountability across teams and vendors, ensuring commitments are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality expectations
  • Identify risks, issues, and execution gaps early, leading mitigation planning and driving resolution with appropriate escalation when needed
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, aligning teams around shared objectives, challenging assumptions, clarifying ambiguity, and ensuring ownership gaps are addressed
  • Establish clear and proactive communication frameworks, providing actionable updates, risks, trade-offs, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership


Additional Responsibilities
  • Leverage project and product tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Roadmunk, workflow tools) to manage execution visibility and coordination at scale
  • Utilize Microsoft tools (including AI capabilities) to enhance planning, reporting, and day-to-day operational efficiency
  • Facilitate risk reviews, status reviews, and cross-functional working sessions to maintain alignment and execution momentum
  • Contribute to resource planning and prioritization discussions, identifying capacity constraints and sequencing opportunities across initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, reporting artifacts, and process improvements to support consistency and scalability
  • Continuously improve delivery processes and operating models, identifying opportunities to streamline execution and reduce inefficiencies


Requirements

  • This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule. Up to 2 days per week may be worked remotely in accordance with the telecommuting policy.


Education & Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-workstream enterprise initiatives
  • Strong understanding of both technical delivery and business operations
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience with project/product tools (JIRA, Asana, Roadmunk or similar)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency preferred
  • Experience in financial services, payments, or regulated environments preferred
  • PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification preferred
