Job Summary:
Provides executive-level execution leadership for multiple large projects or a single mega project with significant complexity, risk, and stakeholder engagement. Holds accountability for project performance across safety, quality, schedule, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction. Leads and develops senior project leaders while representing DPR Construction with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Partners with the Senior General Superintendent and field operations executive-BU as a unified senior leadership team, sharing responsibility and accountability for overall project performance, field integration, and leadership of the extended project organization. Applies enterprise-level judgment to resolve the most complex execution, contractual, and risk challenges while advancing consistent delivery excellence. Advances strategic improvement of the deal by aligning resources across the Family of Companies and cultivating strategic partnerships with Self-Perform Work (SPW) executives and leaders to optimize delivery, risk management, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides executive oversight and accountability for execution of multiple large projects or a mega project, ensuring alignment with DPR Construction's operational and strategic objectives.
Leads and develops project executives, and project managers, setting expectations for performance, leadership behaviors, and execution discipline.
Represents DPR Construction at the executive level with clients, designers, and key partners, leading resolution of the most complex delivery, contractual, and relationship issues.
Oversees project financial performance across assigned portfolio, including forecasting, risk management, contract strategy, and complex negotiations.
Establishes governance, escalation, and decision-making frameworks to proactively manage risk and performance across highly complex projects.
Reinforces a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence through expectation-setting, leadership engagement, and accountability.
Drives continuous improvement by identifying systemic risks, lessons learned, and opportunities to strengthen execution practices across large and mega projects.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
10+ years of experience in construction project management or operations required.
Experience leading multiple large projects or a mega project with high complexity and risk required.
Certifications and Licenses:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
Anticipated starting pay range:
$220,000.00- $285,000.00
