The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet performance and quality expectations. This is a hybrid role based in Kohler, Wisconsin, requiring onsite work 3 days per week. Specific Responsibilities: 6 Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure alignment across all phases of the project. 6 Interface with vendors to ensure technical and delivery expectations are met. 6 Perform assignments of a complicated nature. 6 Participate in project reviews and continuous improvement efforts 6 Operate independently with limited guidance from managers and/or senior engineers. 6 Support or leads multiple projects concurrently. 6 Leads the technical work of projects and other supplier quality initiatives. 6 Manages all assigned New Product Development (NPD) supplier quality duties. 6 Track project progress and prepare status reports, risk assessments, and change management documentation. 6 Independently prioritizes and executes tasks with the customer in mind. 6 Demonstrates and acts on quality traits: analytical, hands-on, high standards, facilitating and systematic. 6 Proficient in Supplier Quality Engineering and problem-solving tools 6 Able to identify systemic root causes of quality issues. 6 Able to perform independent management system/quality audits 6 Advanced level of technical proficiency related to applicable. processes. 6 Leverages Process Lessons learned across multiple processes. 6 Leads supplier quality engineering best practices. 6 Applies Advanced Quality Planning concepts, as applicable. Requirements: 6 Bachelor 6s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology Program (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related field). 6 4 or more years of relevant work experience in quality / manufacturing engineering. 6 Strong understanding of engineering principles, project life cycles, and documentation practices. 6 Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 6 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6 Travel up to 50%. The Salary range for this position is $89,800.00-$114,100.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate 6s experience, their education, and the work location.
