Responsibilities:- Lead and manage capital projects from planning through execution and closure
- Ensure a safe working environment during all construction activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Monitor and report on project scope, schedule, safety, and quality
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve project challenges proactively
- Maintain accurate project documentation including redlines, as-builts, and change orders
- Serve as the single point of contact for project leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards (e.g., FDA, OSHA)
Qualifications:- 10+ years of project management experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical environment
- Strong understanding of contract management, construction documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to interpret technical drawing packages
- Experience managing multiple capital projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a STEM-related field
