Responsibilities

Sr. Program Specialist for Intelligrated Services, LLC (Mason, OH)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead key portfolio initiatives, including new product launches, enhancements, and market expansions.
  • Manage and execute projects that drive operational excellence within the Industrial Automation sector.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Align programs with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on program metrics.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to support program success and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their development.
  • Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead the program controls function, including planning, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Monitor and manage program budgets and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability.
  • Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from development to launch and phase-out.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize offerings and adjust strategies as needed.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, and 4 years of experience with Material Handling Systems, Electrical and Mechanical Installation, PLC & HMI , AutoCAD (including AutoCAD Electrical) Computer Networking and Systems Familiarity.
  • Full term of experience must include the following: Material Handling Equipment Systems Implementation; Microsoft Office Suite; Computer Hardware and Software Knowledge; and Communication Networking.
  • Up to 20% domestic travel required.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
