Job Description

As a Sr Program Specialist at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. You will be responsible for completing fair and reasonable price analyses, executing program-aligned subcontracts, and collaborating with key functions within and outside of ISC to support FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. Additionally, role will involve Earned Value Management critical to drive PP&C necessary for program success. This role requires a detailed understanding of DoD procurement life cycle, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the delivery of compliant FAR15 packages to the US government, executing strategic long-term agreements with suppliers, and driving cost savings through effective negotiation and supplier management.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
  • Strong negotiation skills and processes
  • Ability to independently lead multiple projects simultaneously

  • Earned Value Management (EVM) Certification
  • Experience with Embedded GPS/INS (EGI)
  • Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
  • Experience with SAP or similar procurement systems preferred
  • Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry
  • Significant experience managing subcontracts (FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.)
  • Ability to negotiate terms and conditions
  • Experience with executing subcontracts
