As our Sr Program Specialist, you'll be the operational backbone for building technology projects, including
Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, Security, CCTV, and Life Safety Systems. You'll expertly navigate the complete project lifecycle, from initial pre-sales and development through delivery and close-out for our ongoing customer and product support initiatives.
Your expertise in estimation, contract review, budgeting, and cost controls will be critical in streamlining processes, enhancing performance, and achieving successful outcomes. You'll also:
- Serve as a vital liaison between management, planning, and project teams.
- Monitor project status, budgets, and financials.
- Coordinate schedules and provide regular status reports.
- Proactively address project issues to ensure productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop robust mechanisms for monitoring progress and problem-solving with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a high-impact role where you'll ensure efficient program execution, meet all requirements and deadlines, and foster strong team collaboration.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Managing project charters, risk plans, schedules, and financial targets for successful delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Review contracts and estimates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor program performance, budgeting, and cost controls, providing regular updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Financial forecasting, working capital control, and delivering the committed P&L.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE - 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on estimation and budgeting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
