Project / Program Manager

Required Experience
• Project or Program Management experience, preferably in large enterprise environments.
• Strong experience delivering cloud migration and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Experience working with AWS environments (Amazon Connect preferred).
• Experience with contact center technologies and platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with large system integrators and global delivery partners.
• Experience with Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead cloud migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with business, technology, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure successful program outcomes.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and dependency management.
• Oversee AWS-based solution delivery, including Amazon Connect implementations where applicable.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and large stakeholder groups.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objective s, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Support Agile and Hybrid project delivery practices.

Nice to Have
• Experience within large financial institutions.
• Exposure to contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect, Cisco, or Genesys.
• Experience managing programs involving 50100+ stakeholders.
