About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional supply chain initiatives across logistics, distribution, and operations. This role sits within the EPMO and is responsible for delivering both system and non-system transformation programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
You will partner with Strategy, IT, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations leaders to shape initiatives, assess feasibility, prioritize investments, and ensure disciplined execution across the supply chain portfolio.
You'll Make a Difference By- Leading multiple, complex programs across supply chain, IT, and operations
- Managing full lifecycle delivery across system implementations and business transformation initiatives
- Partnering with stakeholders to define scope, assess feasibility, and support prioritization decisions
- Driving alignment across cross-functional teams and managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
- Ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes (cost, service, efficiency)
- Developing and managing program/project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Providing clear, concise updates and decision-ready insights to senior leadership
- Supporting change management, ensuring adoption and sustained impact post-implementation
- Managing external vendors and partners as needed
- Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs
About You- 10+ years of project management experience, including cross-functional supply chain initiatives
- 5+ years of program management experience managing multiple, interdependent initiatives
- Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, and supply chain operations
- Experience leading both technology (systems) and business/process transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence across all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with business cases, ROI, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence)
Preferred Qualifications- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience in supply chain transformation or large-scale operational programs
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
