Full Job Description
As a Senior Program Manager for Twitch Ads at Amazon, you will serve as the primary client-facing partner for premium brands, overseeing and executing high-profile sponsorship programs. You will own end-to-end program and account management-from onboarding through delivery-ensuring sponsorship commitments, key milestones, and goals are met while delivering an exceptional client experience. As the daily point of contact for your customers, you will build and nurture trusted relationships, proactively communicate progress, and resolve challenges with urgency. Working closely with internal cross-functional teams, you will drive successful outcomes for each program. With your consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising and sponsorship landscape, you will provide strategic guidance to maximize value for both clients and Twitch's advertising ecosystem.
Key job responsibilities
Strategy & Program Leadership
- Drive strategic oversight of premium brand sponsorship programs, ensuring successful delivery while identifying growth opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for each sponsor to drive partnership growth and retention
- Proactively monitor industry trends and sponsor needs to recommend innovative solutions for program enhancement
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Own and develop executive-level relationships with key clients, focusing on building trust and driving long-term partnership value
- Serve as the primary daily point of contact for sponsors, providing proactive updates, managing expectations, and resolving escalations with urgency
- Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, showcasing program success and presenting strategic recommendations
- Create and deliver client-facing materials (recaps, proposals, campaign reports) that tell a clear performance story
Program Execution & Operations
- Manage day-to-day program execution including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent sponsorship programs
- Establish scalable processes and best practices for sponsorship program management to drive operational efficiency
- Identify and mitigate program risks early, developing contingency plans to protect client satisfaction and revenue
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional sponsorship programs that exceed client expectations
- Brief and align internal creative, sales, and product teams on sponsor objectives and deliverables
- Partner with Account Executive and Account Management teams on account strategy and expansion opportunities
Measurement & Financial Accountability
- Define and track program KPIs with sponsors to demonstrate clear ROI and build compelling cases for renewal
- Manage sponsorship revenue tracking, invoicing coordination, and contract compliance
- Oversee SOW development and ensure deliverables align with contractual commitments

- Drive weekly sponsor calls to review deliverables, provide guidance, and strengthen relationships
- Collaborate with stakeholders to solve program challenges and identify creative solutions
- Plan and execute strategic sponsorship activations with internal teams
- Optimize measurement frameworks to demonstrate program ROI and success
- Prepare insights and recommendations for quarterly business reviews
- Partner with Account Team to develop strategic expansion opportunities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of relationship management and negotiation experience
- Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience taking ownership and driving resolution on escalated customer issues
- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
- Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
