Qualifications:- B.A. in a related field or a combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 8+ years of work experience in program management, management consulting and business or strategic operations
- Licenses and Certifications requirement: PMP, Prosci ADKAR, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving experience, conducting analyses, identifying insights, and communicating results to inform key business decisions
- Track record of successfully partnering with cross-functional teams, driving alignment, effective escalations and achieving results
- Proven skills in data analysis, project management, relationship management, and change management
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with people in both executive management and technical roles as well as customer personnel, as required.
- Strong organization skills with an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience working collaboratively across departments to identify requirements and dependencies.
- Be self-motivated. Must be able to anticipate problems and take a proactive approach to responsibilities.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview:The Program Manager will reside within the Digital Operations team within Sales Operations. The team is looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical individual to join a new function supporting the digital transformation of Sales Operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working on complex business problems, have strong programmatic experience and be able to work independently in an ambiguous and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:- Work with Sales Operations Leaders and cross functional partners to define and develop strategies for executing on key digital programs and initiatives
- Lead planning and analysis with internal stakeholders and working groups to usher projects through their entire lifecycle, while building clear roadmaps for program execution
- Actively participates in the development and refinement of OCM methods, tools, and capabilities; collaborates on the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
- Represent the perspectives of stakeholders/customers in internal strategy and planning sessions and in discussions with organizational partners
- Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences including preparing and delivering presentations to executive leadership and other key organizational stakeholders
- Participate in the development of organizational change readiness plans for key strategic programs
- Routine communication with the Sales Operations leadership to discuss project status, any risks to timely completion, and to recommend alternative approaches to ensure project success.
