Full Job Description
In this role, you will translate Future of Work mental models, guidance, and evidence into practical learning and tools for senior leaders and global PXT practitioners. You will own the programs and engagement mechanisms that help these audiences apply the guidance, including a global HRBP learning forum, targeted leader engagements, case-based learning, and practitioner resources.

Drawing on the portfolio's evolving body of evidence, you will use judgment to determine which insights, patterns, and cases should be activated for a global PXT audience and partner with the relevant owners to shape the content. You will bring operational rigor to ambiguous and fast-moving work, manage interdependent stakeholders and deliverables, and define measures that show whether activation is reaching priority audiences and helping them apply the guidance. You will use those insights and audience feedback to improve programming over time and surface recurring questions to the teams best positioned to respond.

Key job responsibilities

- Lead Future of Work activation programs for senior leaders and global PXT audiences, converting portfolio priorities and substantive guidance into workplans, milestones, resources, and engagements.

- Own the end-to-end program model for global HRBP audiences, spanning a global learning forum as well as targeted leader and practitioner engagements. Translate Future of Work priorities into an annual calendar and cohesive participant experience, using judgment to identify content and partner with contributors to shape and deliver.

- Partner with organization design and workforce transformation specialists to translate mental models and guidance into practical resources and learning experiences. Use generative AI tools where appropriate to support content development, audience tailoring, and feedback analysis while validating outputs for accuracy, relevance, and confidentiality.

- Define and use measures of activation effectiveness to understand whether priority audiences are engaging with and applying Future of Work guidance. Use those insights, together with practitioner feedback, to improve programs and surface recurring questions to the appropriate teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, defining program requirements, and using data and metrics to drive improvements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related fields.

- Experience applying systems thinking, human-centered design, and organizational development approaches to complex organizational challenges.

- Experience supporting organization or workforce transformation initiatives, including translating changes to roles, ways of working, or operating models into practical learning, engagement, or adoption approaches.

- Experience in management and leadership development, organizational development, learning design, group facilitation, training design, or equivalent business experience.

- Demonstrated analytical judgment, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication in complex, cross-functional environments.
