Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage defense munition programs ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives. • Develop and implement program plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program execution and resolve issues proactively. • Monitor program performance metrics and ensure compliance with defense industry standards and regulations. • Provide leadership and guidance to program teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Direct the work and approve resource requirements and program estimates while leading integrated program teams utilizing Integrated Product Delivery & Support (IPDS) Process. • Generate and implement program plans and business requirements within approved budget and schedule constraints. • Coordinate with various Customer Business Teams (CBTs) and Global Business Enterprise (GBE) to ensure their application programs are supported in terms of technical performance, schedule, and cost requirements • Employ PM tools and development processes, including statement-of-work (SOW) or Line of Balance (LOB), work-breakdown- structure (WBS), basis-of-estimate (BOE) Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management within aerospace defense or related sectors. • Strong knowledge of defense munition program requirements, compliance, and regulatory standards. • Proven ability to develop and manage complex program plans including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies specific to aerospace defense projects. • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies applicable to defense and aerospace industries.
