Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT with a focus on enterprise-level SAP implementations.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager specifically within SAP.
• Proven track record of managing 2-3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations.
• Deep proficiency in SAP Activate methodology, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs including rollouts, upgrades, and migrations.
• Establish project scope, budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Guide technical and functional teams through design, migration, and integration processes.
• Act as a senior Agile leader, managing sprint planning and continuous integration efforts.
• Identify project blockers and technical risks; implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the liaison between executive leadership and technical teams, providing updates and tracking ROI.
• Ensure user adoption and readiness through effective change management during the transition phase.
