Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Program Director to join our team! In this role you will possess business unit management responsibilities, and provides managerial and technical leadership to direct and support a broad range of activities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serves as the primary contact with client representatives, subcontractors, and government representatives for program-related activities. Maintains strong client and community relations.


  • Keeps alert to possible problem areas and takes preventative action to ensure that critical milestones are met for each phase of the project.


  • Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of project and program activities for higher-level management and clients.


What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors in Architecture or Engineering (or equivalent) degree, Certified Construction Manager (or equivalent) and 20 years of experience or 24 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.


  • 15+ years with 3 of those years as a Senior Project or Team Leader or similar role.


  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance


  • Have experience on greater than $50M, both horizontal and vertical construction, phased and partially occupied complex projects


  • Requires certification completion (within the last 3 years) of OSHA safety requirements on construction projects.


  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; submit examples of written reports and correspondence, if requested.


  • Ability to conduct meetings to resolve problems, construction issues and brief clients and management personnel; submit examples if requested


  • SCIF and cleared facility construction experience


  • Understands USAF/USSF infrastructure needs


  • Ability to independently estimate construction costs for changes, scope(s) of work; submit examples of material take offs, with corresponding scope of work narratives and negotiated final equitable contract adjustments for the work submitted, if requested


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • PMP or CCM Certification


  • Professional Registration preferred (PE or RA)

Salary Range: $157,500.00 - $283,500.00
