Job Description:
  • Independently plan, perform, and implement complex process improvement initiatives across organizational functions.
  • Diagram and evaluate existing processes, identifying root causes of problems and operational performance shortfalls.
  • Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams to achieve business objectives and implement solutions.
  • Develop advanced metrics that provide data for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement.
  • Consult with stakeholders on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations on measurement, analysis, and control methodologies.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior business analysis professionals.

Annual Pay Range:
85,500 - 115,000 USD
